Consent Form

Consent Form is usually required when Humans (participants) share their data (audio, video, image, etc.) for AI model training purposes. For all those projects where Consent Form is enabled, AIDAC app shows an option for the End User to collect details from the Participants.

Project Settings

Given below are the Project settings related Consent Form

• Enable/Disable Consent Form
• Consent Form URL - Customer/Project specific URL (PDF) that would be displayed to the user on the App. This must be a direct link to a PDF file that would be displayed on the AIDAC App for the Participant to read and accept.

Participant's Details

Given below are the Participant's details that are collected from the app,

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Age
• Ethnicity
• Monk Skin Tone (shown only for image projects)
• Gender
• Country of Origin
• Country of Residence
• Signature

The app would display the link to the consent form PDF and allows the participant to sign only after accepting the terms and conditions from the Consent Form URL.
